Scanning Services We have a reputation for accuracy, our service is efficient, reliable and secure. We believe every customer has special requirements. CDR Group has the flexibility to provide a "bespoke" service to clients, ensuring that requirements, deadlines and more importantly, budgets can be met. We prepare documents received from clients into "Scan Ready" condition, build a database for tracking each document, remove clips, staples and other items etc. All operations can be catered for, including single & double siding, black & white, colour and sizes from A4 to 44" wide - unlimited length. Output is in the clients desired format. If your documents are in constant use or are too valuable to be allowed off site we can supply a mobile team of operators and equipment to work on your premises. We can supply your data on DVD, CD, HDD or by email or FTP. Collection and Delivery We offer a secure collection and delivery service in our own vehicles. Rapid access to plans whilst scanning is available. Security We understand the importance of client confidentiality and security. All documents are securely tracked at all stages from collection to return to client. All operations are carried out in accordance with our quality procedures.
